Middle Product Manager for Payments Team

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Driving and overseeing the seamless integration of payment APIs with international payment systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality;
• Engaging with external payment service providers to facilitate smooth communication, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring timely deliverables;
• Analyzing and interpreting key business metrics related to payment integrations, leveraging insights to enhance monetization strategies and improve customer retention;
• Generating innovative ideas and concepts related to payment integrations, transforming them into actionable plans that align with business objectives;
• Working closely with the development team to implement new product features, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful execution.

Essential professional experience:

• Minimum 2 years as a Billing Product Manager in a product-focused company;
• Experience with API documentation, Billing, and Payment Systems;
• Proficient in requirements analysis, project planning, and risk/change management;
• Ability to create technical tasks for development and QA teams.
• Knowledge of Product Metrics, strong communication, and leadership skills;
• Experience with sending API requests (Postman) or basic programming skills;
• Experienced user of Atlassian tools;
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Previous experience in roles such as QA, backend/frontend developer or Business Analyst;
• Skills in market research and competitive analysis.
