About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Develop and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with the business objectives of the company;
• Provide visionary leadership to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the long-term goals of the organization;
• Oversee a diverse range of products, ensuring that each product or feature contributes to the overall success of the business;
• Make decisions regarding resource allocation and prioritize projects based on strategic importance;
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape;
• Define and refine product positioning and differentiation strategies;
• Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, sales, engineering, and other key stakeholders to align product initiatives with the broader company strategies;
• Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships;
• Develop and manage budgets for the product portfolio;
• Maximize the financial performance of products and ensure a positive return on investment;
• Drive innovation within the product portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities;
• Maintain a forward-thinking approach to emerging technologies and industry trends;
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization;
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development and market changes;
• Make strategic decisions to navigate uncertainties and challenges;
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement;
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize products and features throughout their lifecycle;
• Communicate product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other key stakeholders;
• Provide regular reports on product performance and key metrics.

Essential professional experience:

• Possess knowledge of iGaming and Сasino platforms;
• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry;
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of how clients behave and the underlying reasons by focusing on the problem rather than the solution;
• Identify large-scale opportunities within the industry while working collaboratively with a team;
• Set and quickly test hypotheses before commencing large projects;
• Understand technical solutions and provide constructive criticism of engineering plans;
• Understand competitors and their respective advantages;
• Possess deep expertise in your subject area (for example, acquisitions, antifraud, user experience, marketing, etc.);
• Structure a comprehensive set of metrics for the problem area, including a metric tree;
• Tie the long-term plan to the established metric structure;
• Launch more than one large or important project, with four or more years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Work autonomously and require minimal support within the team;
• Independently resolve problems with other teams and functions, anticipate their emergence, and manage any side effects arising from team projects;
• Regularly share the results of work and research with the company;
• Assist other Product Managers and provide leadership;
• Assist at least one team outside of the primary area of responsibility;
• Conduct interviews with Product Managers, analysts, engineers, designers, and marketers while demonstrating empathetic leadership;
• Contribute to the organization and optimization of various processes within the company.
