Our projects are based on cooperation with international clients from government and industries such as automotive, insurance and finance.
Together with our client, we are building enterprise on-prem cloud platform. Our responsibility is to be in a role of consultant regarding containerization, automation, monitoring and logging. We operate closely with developers and infrastructure administrators on choosing the best configuration and toolset for their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Kubernetes clusters in an on-premise cloud environment
- Leverage DevOps tools to build continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
- Configure and integrate monitoring and metrics tools
- Configure, maintain and monitor security tools to ensure maximum availability and reliability
- Work closely with developers on best practices on monitoring and metrics
- Consult in the area of observability, monitoring and logging
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps or SRE
- Expertise in managing Kubernetes
- Experience with on-prem IaaS solutions, especially with VMware products
- Experience with automation and understanding of standards, tools and frameworks, e.g: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab, Docker
- Understanding of virtualized infrastructure (VMs, software defined networks, software defined storage) and containers
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good command of English (B2+/C1)
Nice to have
- Experience with at least one of the following public IaaS solutions: AWS or Azure
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing: Elasticsearch/Opensearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, Splunk
- Experience with Cloud Native applications development
- Understanding of Linux environment and networking (hands-on experience)
