Senior QA Engineer

Grape Up undertakes projects for the world’s largest industries, providing innovative solutions and large-scale applications. We are currently looking for a QA professional for a project, which involves a range of testing types, including automated and performance testing. Join us to co-create this application.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop the application alongside developers, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing quality
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests
• Create test cases and test strategies for automated tests
• Execute manual tests
• Review software requirements
• Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to enhance development work
• Be a part of a Scrum team
• Interact with customers to understand product requirements
• Help to revamp the processes – spread successful ideas and solutions to other teams within the company

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Consultant / Quality Assurance / Tester or similar roles (5+ years)
• Experience in hands-on test automation using tools like Playwright (3+ years)
• Proficiency in Playwright framework
• Knowledge of programming languages (preferably C# or Python)
• Understanding of Page Object Pattern
• Technical experience with Git
• Familiarity with API testing and services
• Experience with performance tests, and Artillery.io tool
• Technical experience with Azure Pipelines or Jenkins, CI/CD, AWS, and Docker
• In-depth knowledge of defect management tools (such as JIRA, Xray)
• Experience in working on large-scale, corporate .NET projects 
• Fluent English (B2+) for collaboration with US client
• Knowledge BDD methodology
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Nice to have

• Experience in using AI/LLM-powered tools in a professional context
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions
