Prepare detailed business analyses and monthly reports evaluating online sales performance.

Collaborate closely with Groupe SEB's internal DTC online departments across 22 European markets to gather necessary data for comprehensive reporting.
- Create insightful reports and analyses covering key Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) metrics such as Traffic, Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rate, while proactively monitoring performance.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses across diverse areas including Digital Shelf, CRM initiatives, paid advertising campaigns (PAID), product availability (Out-of-Stock analysis), and other relevant domains.
- Support local markets in validating sales forecasts and managing product availability.
- Perform ad hoc analyses, benchmarking, validating new business projects, and assessing their potential impact.
- Work collaboratively with local European teams to optimize D2C strategies.
- Participate actively in various e-commerce projects and initiatives aimed at driving digital growth.
- Proven experience in business analysis, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Availability and willingness for frequent international travel.

Fluent in English, with confidence to operate daily in an international, multicultural environment.
- Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a proactive approach to sharing knowledge and experience.
- Independent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment involving collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process automation tools and experience in Business Intelligence projects is considered a strong advantage.
