For our Client from USA: Raven Cargo we are looking for a IT Helpdesk Support.
Raven Cargo is a technology based Third Party Logistics Provider (3PL) that focuses on providing state of the art solutions to an industry that typically relies on manual processes.
Their main platform provides front and back-end solutions for internal team members,
customers, and logistics providers to collaborate throughout the lifecycle of a customer’s order.
This includes order management, load tracking, exception detection, notifications, reporting,
automated tasks, and more.
