• 7-year-old legacy project, modernized over the past 6 years
• Stronger FE (Angular), but needs true full-stack engineers
• Tech: Django, Django REST, Angular
• Engineer level: Senior

Interview Process (1.5 Hours Total)

• Theoretical part: Case-based tech discussion (e.g., form with one input)
• Live coding:
• One task in Python
• One task in React or Angular
• Focus: storing data logically (API, local, DB)

Live coding is mandatory due to poor experience with a previous vendor (unqualified engineers + dishonest vetting).
