We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support across key operational functions. In this hybrid, full-time role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks that require sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and logistics for leadership and team members.
- Draft, format, and prepare business documents, reports, internal communications, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records, including confidential documents.
- Arrange and manage travel plans, meeting rooms, and event setups across time zones and locations.
- Monitor incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely handling or escalation where needed.
- Support internal workflows, such as expense processing, approvals, and basic budgeting tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a business support or office coordination role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with shared drives or workflow systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and professional when handling confidential materials.
- Team-focused mindset with the ability to work well independently.
