HAWC-Servers is looking for a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and expand our presence in the Polish market.
We specialize in hardware and software solutions for video surveillance, offering servers pre-configured with cutting-edge VMS systems, used by security integrators, CCTV installers, and enterprise clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across Poland. This is a freelance B2B position, ideal for an experienced sales professional with a solid network in the security, CCTV, or IT infrastructure sectors.

Market Expansion: Identify, approach, and onboard new partners (installers, distributors, integrators) in Poland’s security and surveillance space.

Sales Strategy: Build and execute a go-to-market plan, including pricing strategies, sales targets, and forecasts aligned with HAWC-Servers' European growth objectives.

Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for Polish clients and prospects. Respond to sales inquiries, deliver product presentations, and manage negotiations.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to expand client accounts with complementary products or larger configurations.

Local Intelligence: Provide insight on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help shape product offerings and campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and operational capacity.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in one of the following industries: video surveillance, IT infrastructure, CCTV, or hardware/software integration.
- Proven network of local contacts in Poland’s tech/security sector.

Strong communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with freelance or B2B contract-based roles (działalność gospodarcza preferred).
- Confidence in client-facing roles: product presentations, proposals, and deal negotiations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and report results.
- Comfortable using digital tools to manage CRM, communication, and reporting.
- Experience with VMS software, cloud-based surveillance solutions, or edge devices.
- Familiarity with security integrators and tender-based project sales.
- Additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus.
- Technical understanding of server components and system architecture.
