Currently, for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Business Project Manager

• Location: Warsaw
• Industry: Regulatory projects
• Type of contract: contract (B2B through Hays Poland)
• Collaboration: long-term cooperation
• Rate: 130 – 145 PLN/h net + VAT
• Start: maximum 1 month availability
• Hybrid work: three days from the office in Warsaw
• English: B2/C1

What you will be doing:

• Managing and ensuring the quality of ongoing projects
• Supervising project teams (resource planning, task delegation, work settlement)
• Managing all stages of the project: from feasibility study to closure
• Managing scope, risk, issues, change, schedule, and communication (within ongoing projects)
• Collaborating with external Suppliers
• Supervising the updating of information on the progress of strategic projects

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience in the role of Project Manager, including leading regulatory projects
• Experience in banking/financial/insurance projects
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage project teams
• Knowledge of the full project management cycle from initiation to stabilization and closure
• Risk management skills
• Ability to create and manage project plans
• Ability to create and present management materials
• Independence
• High communication skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and project settlement
• Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, and Confluence
