Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.

Your responsibilities would include:

• design, develop, and manage APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect enterprise applications, data, and devices
• maintain and optimize existing MuleSoft integrations, perform regular upgrades and troubleshooting as needed
• utilize MuleSoft’s Anypoint Studio for development and Anypoint Management Center for deployment and operational management of APIs
• tailor technical solutions for OpCo’s requirements, often leveraging existing products or services
• customize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope. Develop and maintain configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices
• communicate with users and OpCos, working closely with the architects and other DevOps teams
• oversee and solve immediate technical or business challenges in integrations
• integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality
• provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
• maintain and ensure the stability of the platforms from both functional and technical perspective
• adhere to solution standards, architectural guidelines
• knowledge transfer: document configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference & support with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams
• ensure (with the rest of the team) that the appropriate deployment process is in place and is followed. Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurations
• provide support to other Commerce teams by addressing technical queries, highlighting risks, and proposing improvements across different phases of the development cycle
• coordinate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensure that all Heineken standards are applied
• learning: stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape & work on continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in systems

You are a good match if you know: 

• Mulesoft: Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Management Center
• source control management tools such as Git
• OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect
• messaging services: Solace or other (JMS, MQ, EMS)
• RESTful services, SOAP, RAML, and JSON, graphQL 
• CI/CD pipelines
• microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, Sync/Async, Event-Driven Architecture
• proficient in building APIs and integrations with a deep understanding of RESTful services, SOAP, RAML, and JSON
• good to know: other middleware platforms: Boomi, APIM, Seeburger, SAP CPI &  Azure functions, Azure logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Powershell, Python & Microsoft 365 Dynamics and SAP systems
