As a Product Architect you immerse yourself in a collaborative agile squad alongside a business analyst, product owner, and implementation team.

• your impact will extend beyond our largest operating companies, as you contribute to an expansive roadmap, accelerating deployments, standardizing both technical and business perspectives, and reducing total cost of ownership.
• you own the end-to-end architecture and provides the technology capabilities supporting the Global Pricing & Promotions & RMG products and you drive the technology decisions
• you understand the Product Owner’s needs and convert them into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps. shape global governance frameworks and elevate operating company capabilities
• you will forge relationships globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise
• you will tackle data architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact
• your role involves planned governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology- the operating model for sustained excellence
• you are able to zoom out and view the solution as part of the wider D&T architecture to plan ahead in terms of technology and data architecture.

Your responsibilities would include:

• ensuring consistency of the overall solution
• working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating program and platform/application requirements
• formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution
• ensuring solution design and technical decisions conforms to overall architectural (Domain, Enterprise) vision, principles and technical roadmap standards
• conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
• maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability
• being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
• managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
• ensuring the delivered system and services is consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirements
• driving the technical validation and ensure the services of the technology vendors meet the business requirements.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• you have at least 3-5 years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position
• you have experience architecting and deploying pricing & promotion global solutions across multiple markets
• you understand the business strategies and objectives of pricing / promotions and rebates and the related technology
• you have very good knowledge of Pricing & Promotions architecture and the related business processes and functionalities
• you have good knowledge of SAP S4 HANA pricing, SAP condition contract management, and SAP VC&P, Vistex or another market leader Pricing & Promotions technology
• you understand the business objectives of RMG, and the related technology is considered as a plus
• you have experience in working with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics and dash boarding
• you are familiar with at least one major (data) cloud platform, e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP
• you champion the concepts of a modular, microservice, or event driven architecture
• you have middleware and integration knowledge (API Connect, Boomi, Solace, etc.)
• you have excellent facilitation, presentation, and analysing skills
• you have experience with Agile way of working.
