Join the EDP (Energy Digital Platform) team in revolutionizing how energy sector applications are developed and delivered. We're building a cloud-native, service-oriented internal platform to empower product developers with tools and guidance for every stage of the application lifecycle — from development to operations. The EDP Platform supports hybrid cloud deployments, combining private infrastructure and selected public cloud services.

You will join the Product Management team, the strategic brain behind EDP. We guide product direction, shape user experiences, and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

You will lead the charge in establishing scalable product management processes and driving adoption of our platform through clear strategy, roadmap planning, and customer-centric decision-making.

We are seeking Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in cloud-native PaaS/IaaS platforms (beyond just SaaS). You know how to scale product processes, talk tech with engineers, and think like a customer.

 In the role of Platform Product Manager you will:

🎯 Strategy & Planning

• Define the roadmap for both individual product lines and the overall platform.
• Develop high-impact use cases and user journeys across the platform.
• Manage the platform’s feature backlog in alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical writers to create engaging product descriptions.

🤝 Customer Collaboration

• Act as a key interface to customer stakeholders.
• Present the EDP Platform’s value proposition and roadmap.
• Capture pain points and needs, translating them into actionable product improvements.

📈 Quality & Delivery

• Set up and refine processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review Product Owner deliverables and provide strategic feedback.
• Identify and document product gaps and feature opportunities.

🔍You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• 5+ years in Product Management, with team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in delivering cloud-native PaaS platforms.
• Strong background in:
• Kubernetes and container orchestration
• CI/CD, GitOps, secrets management
• IAM, RBAC, observability and monitoring tools
• Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) — especially managed Kubernetes, VPC, monitoring, and DevOps tools
• Experience crafting roadmaps, specs, and customer-facing documentation.

🌟 Nice to have:

• Certifications in cloud or cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• German language proficiency (B2+).
