Senior IT Technical Analyst will be working as part of the local IT Enablement Team. Good team collaboration and use of communication tools is expected (Email, IM, video/audio calls, Conferencing via Zoom).

The team is adopting an agile working approach with regular stand-ups and task management. Individuals are expected to be self-sufficient and would be empowered to do so but also work as part of a team.

What you’ll do

• Responsible SW and HW Asset Management for local entity, capacity management in relation to hardware stock, planning, conception and implementation in case of maintenance activities or planned changes in local IT infrastructure.
• Performance troubleshooting for various endpoint devices offered to our customers, analyse, support and provide advice to the business/project demands (Project Management).
• Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services.
• Troubleshooting and vendor management in case of error in the environment and functionality, become TPEM for local vendor agreements, Create documentation for the team, service guides, technical how to’s.
• Work on incident & problem management, permanent issue fix and production support.
• Develop automation capabilities to reduce infrastructure complexity and manual effort.
• Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders and IT teams, remediation of Security vulnerabilities, VDI transformation engagement, work towards project milestones and targets.
• On-call duty (24*7h / two weeks per month).

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Proven experience in a technical IT role in a development or operations environment, specialising in project coordination.
• Good Excel knowledge with Pivot experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of risk and issue management.
• Broad understanding of Enablement scoped IT hardware, software, operations and networks.
• Exposure to most stages of the Enablement project processes, from specification & design, development of solutions & testing, through to implementation, transition and review.
• Good knowledge of the project lifecycle; tools and structured project methodologies used throughout the Group.
• Understanding of the Enablement strategies and goals and how the Senior IT Technical analyst role contributes to and supports this.
