Machine Learning Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit - a centralized team dedicated to strengthening data-driven decision-making and creating smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to the development of scalable ML solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ML engineering and eager to grow in the field of MLOps.

About the Team

The Global Analytics team is an innovative, diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Business Intelligence Specialists, Software Developers, UX Designers, and more, with a presence across three continents and five countries. The team fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and ensures reliability, transforming the entire organization into a leader in data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop production-level ML libraries and algorithms for existing and future products.
• Improve and maintain ML infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient model training workflows for large-scale applications.
• Develop and enhance end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
• Optimize data ingestion and feature engineering processes.
• Write high-quality code to enhance machine learning capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide insightful feedback to peers.

What We Expect:

• At least 2 years of experience applying Machine Learning in an industry setting.
• Strong Python programming skills (must-have).
• Experience in writing production-grade ML code.
• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency with Azure stack (Databricks, Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to extract insights from databases.
• Understanding of data science concepts and ML tooling.
• Strong software engineering principles (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team.
• Fluent English (you will communicate in English daily).
