Salesforce Architect

Role: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Spain or Poland (anywhere in these countries)

Mode of Work: Remote Work

Permanent position 

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

• Develop and document Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Create data models and architectures that support business processes.
• Design integrations with other systems and applications. 
• Build proof-of-concept (POC) prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility.

Implementation and Support:

• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the designed specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

Business Alignment:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understand business needs and challenges to design effective solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, and Conga and integration; Understanding of Mulesoft and integration technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diagnostics Commercial business knowledge is beneficial
• Experienced with Cloud databases and SAP will be very useful
