Join Insys VT and work with project Nakolos — a groundbreaking video distribution platform that allows mobile broadcast units to deliver high-quality content from virtually anywhere using 5G Broadcast, bypassing traditional internet infrastructure. Developed in collaboration with ORS, this scalable and cloud-native solution is redefining how live video is produced and transmitted.
This role offers a chance to work in an international, English-speaking environment, where your ideas matter. You’ll help shape solutions to combine multiple distribution paths towards the mobile — used in events, sports, and public safety. It’s a dynamic, fast-growing project at the forefront of media tech innovation.
Our tech stack includes:

- Java Native Interface (JNI),

Your responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining mobile applications for live video streaming in 5G-enabled broadcast units,
- Integrating with cloud-native video distribution services and real-time transmission workflows,
- Collaborating with an international team to design user-focused, high-performance mobile solutions,
- Actively contributing to the development of the Mobile Chapter's skills and expertise.
Our requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience working with Android and Kotlin,
- Knowledge of REST APIs, design pattern and SOLID principles,
- Familiarity with ORM (e.g., Room),
- Analytical thinking skills and a willingness to learn,
- Communicative English skills (minimum B2),
- Willingness to travel for short business trips – a few times a year to Vienna (usually 2–3 days per trip),
- Commitment, openness, and a positive attitude 🙂
