We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Adobe Experience Cloud Expert to join our team and help us with data integration and customer journey optimization.

Your role will include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new solutions and processes to support innovative customer experience strategies.
• Work with business and technology representatives to gather technical requirements.
• Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics, Journeys and Targets.
• Integrate various data sources to provide comprehensive analytics.
• Analyze customer behavior to derive actionable insights.
• Create and manage dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target and Real-Time CDP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with building and optimizing customer journeys.
• Ability to create insightful dashboards for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced command of English.
