.NET Developer

As a .NET Developer you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-performance transactional service platform. The focus will be on backend systems related to transfers and customer service applications used in branches and call centers. You will be involved in designing system architecture, implementing new solutions, and collaborating with business representatives and various IT teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable financial services.

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

Your main responsibilities:

• Work on development and maintenance of transactional services in the area of transfers and customer service applications
• Develop backend components and ensure consistent project architecture
• Collaborate with business representatives and cross-functional IT teams (DevOps, QA, administrators, Release management)
• Participate in implementing new features and improving existing ones
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design systems following best practices and methodologies
• Write unit and integration tests for developed components
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Document solutions and ensure alignment with technical standards
• Monitor applications across multiple environments and handle troubleshooting

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Advanced experience in .NET programming (3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies including webapi and background services
• Experience with C#, .NET, WCF, SQL, SSIS, HTML, MVC.NET, ASP.NET
• Familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with unit and integration testing, and E2E automated testing
• Proficiency with tools like MSSQL, Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, Msbuild, TeamCity, and PowerShell
• Practical experience working with IIS and Kubernetes (k8s)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and CI/CD practices
• Ability to manage applications across multiple environments
• English skills sufficient to understand technical documentation
