DevOps Developer

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)

As a DevOps Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading company in online banking, responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of products within the Contact Center. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to optimize and maintain CI/CD environments, monitor virtual machines, and support the release process. Your role will involve problem-solving, process automation, and integration of various tools to enhance deployment pipelines and infrastructure management. Your main responsibilities: Maintain and develop CI/CD environments

• Oversee and manage virtual machines
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support the release process and ensure smooth deployments
• Lead project, programming, and implementation tasks
• Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency
• Integrate tools such as Bitbucket, Artifactory, and SonarQube
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability
• Optimize infrastructure for scalability and performance
• Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
• Experience with kubectl, kustomize, and Helm for independent work
• Strong expertise in TeamCity, Fastlane, and Xcodebuild
• Understanding of integrations with Bitbucket, Artifactory, and SonarQube
• Ability to automate deployments and improve CI/CD processes
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell
• Experience with Git and GitFlow for version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• English proficiency for reading documentation, writing correspondence, and technical discussions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jenkins, Octopus Deploy
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of Terraform, Python
