IT Architect

As an IT Architect you will be working for our client, a leading company in the financial sector. They are currently undergoing a significant digital transformation, modernizing their IT landscape and adopting cutting-edge technologies. This role is crucial in shaping the future of their IT architecture, ensuring it aligns with business needs and supports their strategic goals. You will be a key player in defining the target architecture, setting standards, and guiding the development teams in building robust and scalable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project and work with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in Enterprise Architecture Management processes and ensure their continuous optimization
• Select optimal technologies and solutions that meet business needs
• Create templates defining the target architecture in line with the adopted IT strategy
• Define reference architecture
• Define architecture standards and prepare guidelines for solutions and tools
• Create solution architecture as part of ongoing projects and initiatives
• Support the software development process at each stage
• Analyze the consistency of the architecture vision with business requirements
• Build partnerships with the business to ensure compliance with standards and technology trends

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A university degree
• Experience in shaping and developing enterprise and IT architecture and solutions
• Good knowledge of data architecture and system integration issues (EDA, SOA, EAI, ESB)
• Good knowledge of issues related to REST, JMS and SOAP
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and architecture, especially with regard to microservices and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling languages
• Proficiency with tools such as GIT, Confluence, Jira, and Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of issues related to the design and implementation of solutions in distributed and hybrid environments
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent analytical skills
