IT Project Manager – IT Operations

This is an on-site role in Oslo - possibility to work some periods in Poland.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client – a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners and optimizing IT operations.

Your main responsibilities:

- Assist in setting requirements and critical questions for external partners to enhance efficiency.

- Outline and negotiate operating agreements with external partners.

- Document and gain insights into IT architecture and integrations.

- Define SLAs and critical service uptime requirements.

- Set up monitoring mechanisms for service downtime and errors.

- Collaborate with business resources to map management tool needs, such as dashboards.

You're ideal for the role if you have:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management.

- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Architect.

- Programming experience is desirable.

- Strong collaboration skills.

- Experience with IT operations.
