Gdansk-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 days in the office/week)
As a Lead IT Analyst, you will be working for our client on innovative and advanced banking solutions, including internet and mobile banking systems. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective solutions. This role involves designing functional and system concepts, working on integration topics, and contributing to the development of modern architectures like microservices. You will gain in-depth exposure to core banking systems and collaborate closely with multiple departments to define and deliver impactful business solutions.
- Design solutions based on microservices architecture and document REST services using Swagger/YAML
- Create system concepts, including user processes, screen mockups, and business rules
- Model IT systems using advanced techniques
- Work on integration topics, including SOA, REST, and Web Services
- Collaborate with teams to fill competency gaps between business stakeholders and development teams
- Support users during the testing phase and coordinate implementation processes
- Maintain and develop existing systems with an in-house development approach
- Use tools like SOAP UI and Postman to test and validate system integrations
- Contribute to the technical design of solutions and participate in discussions about system architecture
- A higher education degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Analyst in IT projects, ideally in the financial industry
- Strong skills in analyzing client needs and functional requirements
- Knowledge of integration topics, including SOA, REST, and Web Services
- Experience designing solutions using microservices architecture
- Proficiency in documenting REST services with Swagger/YAML
- Strong IT system modeling skills and familiarity with UML
- A good command of English
