Technical Product Owner (SAP DMG)

As a Technical Product Owner (SAP DMG), you will join our client, a global leader in technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing SAP data management strategies, ensuring seamless data integration, governance, and quality across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business and technology to deliver high-impact solutions in the SAP landscape.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and drive the SAP Data Management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for SAP data solutions
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP data models, governance frameworks, and integration processes
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across SAP environments
• Work with technical teams, architects, and developers to design scalable and efficient data solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements
• Monitor and enhance data migration, transformation, and reporting processes within SAP
• Provide guidance on best practices for SAP Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data usability and decision-making

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Management, Master Data Governance, or related areas
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, data models, and integration processes
• Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead in SAP-related projects
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and compliance standards
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP ecosystem
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with development teams
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and SAP Data Services
• Knowledge of Cloud-based SAP solutions and modern data platforms
• SAP certification in data management, governance, or analytics
