Data Engineer

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Data Engineer position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.

You can expect:

• driving technical innovation by implementing generative AI technologies and exploring applications in digital health data
• communicating results through reports, presentations, and documentation

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of industry experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics or related fields
• Strong background in machine learning, especially for large datasets
• Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to mentor and assist the team in solving complex queries
• Expertise in SQL, PySpark, and Dask for data engineering and analysis
• Experience in data visualization (large-scale & time series) using Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Proficiency in relational & cloud databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift)
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, digital health & cloud tech (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
• Fluency in English - both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts
