Java Technical/Team Lead

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Java Technical/Team Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

• Design and implement robust microservices architectures that ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to develop microservices-based systems using Java.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or later) and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating with Kafka, MQ, SFTP, AWS S3, and GCP Buckets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, guiding junior developers and promoting best practices.
• Ability to proactively identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
