Join the IAM MFA Project, focused on enhancing security through the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Windows Hello for Business. As a Communication Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing user inquiries, providing frontline technical support, and driving system adoption. Your work will help ensure a smooth transition for users, improve security practices, and support project success through effective communication, issue resolution, and data-driven insights.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong customer support and communication skills

• Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions and Windows Hello for Business

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in technical environments

• Excellent organizational skills, including task prioritization and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel
