Project

---

You will join the Liquidity and ALM team, focusing on designing and building current and future Data and Analytical solutions for Group Finance. The role involves contributing to mission-critical projects that support financial decision-making and compliance, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust systems. Based in Gdansk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, you’ll collaborate closely with a diverse, cross-functional team driving innovation in the banking sector.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Extensive experience with Java 17+ and Spring
• Foundational knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in GIT for version control
• Fluency in English for effective daily communication.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills for feature decomposition and application design.
  
  

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with: Kotlin, Kafka, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes
• Interest or experience in: Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Implementing event sourcing architecture patterns
  
  

What You'll Be Doing in This Position

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that process financial data efficiently
• Collaborating with stakeholders to decompose features and create scalable solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and testable code using Java and other related technologies
• Working with APIs to consume and process data from various sources
• Building and maintaining microservices within an Agile framework
• Contributing to architectural decisions, ensuring best practices like high availability and event sourcing are followed
• Implementing modern concurrency solutions for optimized performance
• Participating in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities
