Project
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience in leading Scrum teams, and a SAFe certification, we’d be excited to have you on board.
What you'll be doing
Key competencies and requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- SAFe certification is essential!
- Expertise in Scrum/Agile frameworks and principles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with distributed, global teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
- Process thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
