Salary: 1200-1400 pln/md on B2B

Work Model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw or Tricity (probably 1 day working from the office, final details to be discussed with the client and the team)

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect / Fullstack Expert to support the optimization of a business-critical, distributed application built with Node.js and Angular. The system integrates data from multiple internal and external sources — primarily related to container logistics, but also other domains and includes IoT components for real-time tracking and event-driven processing.Your role will focus on identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, enhancing system scalability, and driving architectural improvements aligned with long-term business objectives. You will work independently while closely collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping Azure-based integration and cloud architecture.

 

What you'll be doing

• Conduct system and codebase analysis to identify performance bottlenecks
• Recommend architectural and code-level improvements
• Validate that implemented changes address root causes, not just symptoms
• Define coding standards, quality processes, and best practices
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with offshore development teams, providing independent technical guidance
• Support CI/CD and test strategy to ensure long-term reliability

 

Expected competencies and knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular 
• Deep understanding of performance challenges in distributed systems
• Experience with asynchronous data processing and system integration
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
• Logic Apps expertise is a must
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ARM/BICEP for infrastructure automation
• Strong communication and consulting skills – able to explain technical concepts to both developers and decision-makers
