IT Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) Support Specialist

We’re looking for a DLM Support Specialist to manage the lifecycle of IT devices across our regional operations. In this hybrid role based in Warsaw, you'll ensure smooth delivery, replacement, and retirement of end-user devices while keeping asset records up to date in the CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fulfilment of IT asset requests and service tickets
• Oversee device replacement processes and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate end-of-life (EOL) handling, secure disposal, and CMDB updates
• Work closely with regional teams to troubleshoot and resolve lifecycle issues
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reports on asset activities

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with ITSM tools and asset tracking systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of device lifecycle processes is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regional support environment
