We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking IVR Tester to join our client site within the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet required standards. This role requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, a strong understanding of IVR technologies, and experience within the telecom sector.
About the Role - Execute test cases and scripts for IVR systems, focusing on functionality, usability, performance, and security. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality. Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and new features. Perform usability testing to ensure a positive user experience. Analyse test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Work closely with the client team on-site, adhering to their processes and procedures. Provide clear and concise communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
Qualifications - Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proven experience in testing IVR systems, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of IVR technologies, including call flows, DTMF, speech recognition, and text-to-speech. Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, HP ALM). Ability to create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
