- Lead the overall Operate team and manage IT application support.
- Handle L1, L2, and L3 incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Interact with customers and provide weekly and monthly status reports (WSR/MSR).

Manage stakeholders effectively and provide clear reporting on IT performance.
- Implement and optimize ITIL processes to enhance service management.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Address and resolve risk management issues and handle escalations efficiently.
- Utilize technical expertise in Java, J2EE, and Oracle to support applications.
