Kevin Edward is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to impactful projects within the banking domain. As a key player in our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design and optimize Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (preferred).
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Develop process maps, user stories, and technical specifications aligned with the banking domain.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR) and implement security best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support for end-users.
- Work within Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking sector.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
- Salesforce Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (preferred).

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are highly valued.
