We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead to manage and support SAP systems in a complex, multi-tier landscape. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP administration, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Architect, implement, and maintain SAP Basis administration in a multi-tier SAP environment.
- Provide operational and project support, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Ensure SAP systems operate securely and efficiently while adhering to SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with vendor-led SAP Basis teams and internal business teams to manage system performance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Lead SAP system upgrades, integrations, and releases with various stakeholders.
- Perform root-cause analysis for technical issues and provide solutions.
- Assist with configuring and maintaining High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Contribute to defining the SAP solution roadmap and integrating processes to meet short- and long-term business needs.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in SAP Basis administration and hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong experience with SAP upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in multi-tier environments.
- Experience with OS administration (Windows/Linux), VMware, storage, and high availability technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (particularly Azure) for SAP workloads.
