Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support one of our clients in Warsaw. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective adoption of Agile methodologies and delivering successful outcomes. Candidates should ideally have prior experience with CRM-related projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective and timely completion.
• Impediment Removal: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any impediments impacting the Scrum teams.
• Agile Coaching: Provide guidance to the Scrum teams on Agile best practices and Scaled Agile principles to improve performance and alignment.
• User Story Refinement: Work with Business and Technology SMEs to accurately estimate User Stories and define clear Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and communicate key metrics throughout each sprint, including capacity, velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts, to keep teams on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Partner with the Project Manager to proactively communicate impediments, risks, and overall progress.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and facilitating Scrum teams, specifically within CRM or related project environments.
• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile principles, including Scaled Agile practices.
• Metrics and Reporting: Proficiency in tracking and reporting team metrics (velocity, capacity, burn-down/up).
• Communication: Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and resolve challenges.
