- Provide L1 & L2 IT support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
- Manage tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
- Handle Active Directory, email access, and user account management
- Maintain high standards of communication and service
- Support IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems
- 1–3 years in IT support / service desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Familiarity with networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP
- Tools: Office 365, AD, Remote Desktop
- Great customer service & troubleshooting mindset
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco
- Experience in managed/shared services
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)
