Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our client development team in Warsaw. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and modern CI/CD practices.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week onsite in our Warsaw office.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, full-stack applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team
• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Develop responsive UI components with Angular, HTML/CSS, and integrate with REST APIs
• Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and promote DevOps culture
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best engineering practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and support multiple internal development workflows
• Promote Agile and SSDLC best practices across the team

What You Bring

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Java, JEE, Spring Boot, Microservices
• RESTful API development
• Angular, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Knowledge of container-based technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Proficient with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SSDLC principles
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Ability to handle evolving requirements and fast-paced environments
