UX Developer

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience to create intuitive and visually engaging design solutions for complex systems, ideally in retail or supply chain management. This role involves user research, prototyping, and collaboration with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver responsive web portals and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research, stakeholder interviews, and persona development.
• Map customer journeys and create user flows.
• Design intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web portals.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools using data visualization principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
• Mentor and manage other designers.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
