Your area of Responsibilities
- Lead engineers (developers and testers) within one Chapter, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Act as the leader of expertise and competencies within the Chapter.
- Design the most optimal allocation of resources within Squads, in collaboration with Tribe Leaders and Product Owners, to build stable teams.
- Determine the development plan for the entire Chapter and create individual development plans for all Chapter Members.
- Regularly provide feedback, coaching, and 1:1 development discussions with Chapter Members.
- Actively increase your own knowledge regarding Agile and your area of expertise using available resources.
- Monitor standards, quality, and best practice implementation, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Provide optimal staffing for the Chapter to support demand through recruiting.
- Foster empowerment and ownership among Chapter Members.
- Close cooperation with Software Architects
- Incorporating Tribe and enterprise technical standards
- Supporting Product Owners in achieving product goals via technology
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the software field (preferable C# and .NET)
- Experience in a managerial/leadership position in the IT field
- Ability to adjust priorities to the dynamically changing business needs of the organization
- Ability to build relationships within the team and create an atmosphere for open communication
- Proactive attitude, communicativeness, initiative, and independence in action
- Knowledge of English allowing for fluent communication (minimum level B2/C1)
- Leader of expertise and competencies of Chapter
- Actively increases his own knowledge with regards to Agile and his area of expertise using
- available resources
- Fosters empowerment and ownership in Chapter Members
