Software Engineer C++

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop industry-leading HMI and industrial automation software
• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Ensure software meets quality standards through unit and integration testing
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating with global cross-functional teams
• Develop and optimize GUI applications using Qt
• Leverage modern software engineering practices to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Ideal candidate profile:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or open-source software development
• Proficiency in C++ (Windows & Linux)
• Experience with GUI development, especially Qt
• Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented design, and design patterns
• Ability to write and implement unit and integration tests
• Good communication skills in English (collaboration with a global team)

Conditions:

• Work model: hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Katowice)
• Salary: 100-120 PLN net/h
