IT Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving our IT systems and infrastructure to ensure efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their IT needs and provide support.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and applications.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in IT management.
• Assist in software and hardware upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Provide end-user training and technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with security best practices and IT compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar are a plus.
