Product Owner with German

We develop software for the medical, manufacturing, administrative and real estate industries.

Now we are looking for a Product Owner with very good German language skills to support us in projects for customers from the DACH market.

Your tasks:

✔ Working with customers in Germany - analyzing needs, defining requirements, prioritizing functionality.

✔ Creating and managing the product backlog in close cooperation with the development team.

✔ Ensure consistency of product vision and delivery of business value.

✔ Organizing and leading project meetings and sprints in accordance with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✔ Coordinate the development process and ensure smooth communication between the client and the technical team.

What do we expect?

🔹 Experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst (min. 3 years).

🔹 Very good German language skills (min. B2+, ideally C1).

🔹 Ability to define requirements and prioritize tasks in the context of IT projects.

🔹 Knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodologies.

🔹 Excellent work organization, accountability and ability to manage customer expectations.
