Senior .NET Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Developer to design and develop efficient and scalable software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in C# and .NET technologies, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams. The developer will work on high-performance solutions, including RESTful APIs for trading functionality, authentication, and pricing.

Technology Stack:

• Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
• Cloud: Azure

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize high-performance applications using the latest .NET technologies.
• Debug and resolve issues in both live and development environments.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and modern software architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best technical solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, performance, and scalability standards.
• Follow a test-driven development approach (TDD/BDD) with unit and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in C# / .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD).
• Familiarity with messaging systems (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs, particularly for high-traffic environments.
• Experience working with WebSockets for real-time data streaming.
• Strong database skills with SQL Server & T-SQL.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• CI/CD experience (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy) is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern architectures (CQRS, Event Sourcing) is beneficial.
• Experience in financial or trading applications is an advantage.
