Junior Automation Tester

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data pipelines. In this role, you will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to validate ETL processes, identify issues, and optimize data quality across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans and test cases to ensure data accuracy and transformation integrity.
• Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing within Snowflake and/or Matillion environments.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Utilize SQL and automation tools to streamline and optimize the testing process.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements – Must Have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• 1-3 years of experience in ETL testing with a focus on data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data validation.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements – Nice to Have:

• Expertise in Snowflake.
• Experience with automation testing for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
