Data Architect AWS

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data architectures for collection, storage, processing, and analysis.
• Lead and mentor the data engineering team, building and optimizing ETL pipelines with Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT.
• Define strategies for data partitioning, retention, governance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document data architecture.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Drive innovation in data practices and system architecture.
• Manage project timelines and track progress to ensure delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years as a data architect.
• Strong experience with AWS, data modeling, and large-scale data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Apache Spark, and SQL.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external data sources.
• Expertise in data governance and system performance optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in agile development.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with adtech platforms (DSPs, ad servers, etc.).
• Experience managing large, complex data sets.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems.
• Experience leading development teams.
