    Role Objective:

    Ensure the stability, performance, and seamless operation of functional applications to minimize downtime, enhance user efficiency, and maintain business continuity. Act as the central point of contact for incident resolution, application governance, and stakeholder coordination to foster operational excellence.


    Position:

    Functional Application Support Specialist


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Continuously track and evaluate application performance using tools like Dynatrace to promptly detect and resolve incidents, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
    • Manage functional user requests, such as access provisioning, onboarding of new features, and incident handling, following established service processes and providing timely analysis and resolution.
    • Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, including Developers, Product Owners, Technical Support, and Business Stakeholders, to maintain alignment and efficiency.
    • Serve as the main communication channel for end users, offering updates on system issues, new capabilities, and service interruptions.
    • Work closely with Data Scientists to operationalize AI/ML models (including Large Language Models) via MLOps pipelines, facilitating seamless deployment and integration.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities for AI-driven solutions, focusing on improving usability and performance.

    • Kubernetes: Proficient
    • CI/CD (Jenkins): Beginner
    • Monitoring (Dynatrace): Beginner
    • Databases (SQL Server, Oracle): Proficient
    • Business Intelligence (Power BI): Proficient
    • Agile Tools & Methods (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow): Familiar with agile delivery frameworks
