Integration Developer (TIBCO BA)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO products, integration design, automation testing, and enterprise system architecture. You will work on complex IT transformation projects and maintain system reliability while mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• TIBCO Business Events Upgrade: Plan and implement development components using TIBCO Business Events, including coding, team activity coordination, risk mitigation, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Integration Solution Development: Design, develop, and test integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure clarity on implementation flows and deliverables.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, review work items, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Problem Resolution: Address system performance, deployment, and functionality issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in TIBCO Business Events; familiarity with TIBCO Flogo is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language for automated tests and integration solution development (e.g., Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration (EAI) concepts.
• Experience with middleware platforms, automation testing, and debugging integration solutions.

Professional Skills:

• Proven ability to coordinate development activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating risks during development or upgrade projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in production support, troubleshooting deployments, and resolving system issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows to streamline development and deployment processes.
