Java ETRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ETRM Developer to join our team which supports Back Office processes and automation for settlement, confirmation, and regulatory reporting. The team is part of a larger Trading Express ART, composed of 9 Scrum teams, and operates in a SAFe Agile framework with biweekly sprint cycles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver new products and markets across various CTRM/ETRM systems.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk Management, Back Office, and other stakeholders on product design, market enablement, and IT operations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for trade capture and deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to operational excellence through incident handling, root cause analysis, and enhancements implementation.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commodity trading and risk management platforms (specifically Openlink Endur v18+).
• Technical development/programming experience using:
• Openlink API Framework (for scripts and plug-ins)
• Java, PL/SQL, OpenJVS (specific to Endur)
• GIT
• Experience in the energy trading sector, including Front Office, Back Office, and Risk solutions.
• Strong understanding of energy products, their trade lifecycle, and instrument modeling in Endur (financial, physical, or storage products).
• Strong backend investigation skills and ability to support post-deployment and hypercare activities.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Nice-to-Have:

• Passion for problem-solving and working in an agile, transparent, and trust-based culture.
• Knowledge of Cloud and Microservices implementations for ETRM systems re-implementation.
• Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe preferred) within an international environment.
