The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud – Team Lead to oversee end-to-end project implementations, manage a talented team of consultants, and ensure the seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead a team of Oracle Fusion Cloud experts, ensuring smooth project execution.

🔹 Oversee requirements gathering & documentation using AIM/OUM methodologies.

🔹 Run client design reviews and facilitate discussions from initial offering to delivery.

🔹 Serve as the go-to expert for General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

🔹 Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring compliance with best practices.

🔹 Design module-specific solutions within an integrated Oracle Fusion environment.

🔹 Conduct Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing.

🔹 Guide business users through CRPs, SITs, and UATs, ensuring smooth adoption.

🔹 Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

What You Bring

✅ 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance (or earlier products).

✅ Proven track record of leading at least 4 full life-cycle implementations.

✅ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams.

✅ Deep expertise in financial processes and Oracle Fusion modules.
